Six weeks before 9/11/01 Attorney General John Ashcroft was advised by the F.B.I. to stay off commercial aircraft.

During the week of 9/11/01 two United States Aircraft carrier task forces had already arrived in the Persian Gulf while the United Kingdom had already assembled the largest armada since the Falklands War and it was steaming towards Oman.

The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq had been planned years in advance: 9/11 provided not the reason for the wars but merely the pretext.

A power that dominates Eurasia (all the territory east of Germany and Poland through Russia and China to the Pacific ocean, including the Middle East and most of the Indian subcontinent) would control two of the worlds three most advanced and economically productive regions: 75% of the world’s population live in Eurasia, and most of the world’s physical wealth is there as well; both in its enterprises and under its soil. Echelon, created by the National Security Agency (NSA) is the worlds most sophisticated communications and intelligence tracking apparatus, employing the use of over 120 satellites. The Echelon surveillance network is operated by the U.S.,U.K., Canada, Australia,
and New Zealand and constantly monitors telephone, Internet, fax, e-mail databases together with all telexes carried over the world’s telecommunications networks, along with financial dealings: money transfers, airline destinations, data on demonstrations, and international conferences. The CIA uses Echelon with descendants of Promis software to track the Stock Exchange in “real time” as potential warnings of terrorist attacks and other economic moves contrary to U.S. interests.

In the few days preceding 9/11/01, the Chicago Board Options Exchange showed an extraordinarily high rate of “put options” (a bet that the stock price of a given company will lose value) purchased for United Airlines, (4744) and American Airlines, (4516) as well as for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Merril Lynch, both of which occupied 22 floors in the World Trade Center. This represents six times the number of usual “put options”. It is estimated that the profits from these “put options” exceeds 10 million dollars, some of which has not been claimed. U.S. officials have refused to release the records that may implicate the investors.

An ongoing investigation by the Security and Exchange Commission joined by a U.S. Secret Service probe shows purchases of exceptionally large numbers of five-year U.S. Treasury notes just prior to the attacks on 9/11/01: U.S. Treasury notes are among the best investments in the event of a crisis, especially one that hits the U.S. Among the transactions was a single 5 billion dollar trade!

On September 11th, 2001, and apparently on this day only, the Federal Aviation Administration [FAA], the Federal Bureau of Investigation, [FBI], the Central Intelligence Agency [CIA], the National Military Command Center [NMCC], the North American Aerospace Defense Command [NORAD], the United States Air Force [USAF], the Department of Defense [DOD], the then-acting Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Richard B. Myers, Mr. Richard Cheney, and Mr. George W. Bush all acted with extreme and inexplicable incompetence. Their own “official story” supports this.

The United States Air Force is the largest, most sophisticated, heavily funded military complex known to man. Any day of the week (except 9/11/01), any week of the year, the U.S.A.F. is ready and able to scramble a Sidewinder air-to-air missile equipped F16 or F15 fighter jet to 28,000 feet at 1500 N.M.P.H. in 2.6 minutes!

Contrary to what General Richard Myers would have the public believe in his misleading statement on Meet The Press, a presidential order is not needed to scramble an Air force jet to intercept an errant commercial airliner. In fact, according to detailed FAA and DOD manuals, these instructions on intercepting commercial airliners are exceedingly comprehensive, ensuring that even in the most extreme circumstances the normal chain of command at NMCC, NORAD, DOD or the USAF is to be followed. This standard operating procedure does not require the consent of the President, the Vice President or even The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. On the contrary: what does require the consent of the above-mentioned U.S. officials is the cessation of standard operating procedures.

The airspace above The World Trade Center’s Twin Towers is a no fly zone, as is the airspace above the Pentagon. This means that any aircraft that is off course cannot get near these areas without an immediate response from the nearest Air Force base. In New York City this would be McGuire AFB, in Washington, Andrews AFB. Each are in constant readiness; otherwise assigning and enforcing the no fly zones would be meaningless. The fact that these Air force bases were assigned to protect these particular cities and that they are always in readiness was Internet-accessible knowledge until the government websites were changed soon after 9/11.

Standard Operating Procedure. Hmmmmmmm....8:20 AM, 9/11/01: FAA flight controller losses radio contact with American Airlines Flight 11. FAA contacts NMCC or NORAD (depending on the situation) then either NMCC, NORAD or the USAF scrambles military jets with standard operating procedures to find, contact, persuade to change coarse, or terminate the aircraft in question. 7 to 12 minutes is typical between loss of radio contact and the scrambling of military aircraft. The United States Air Force would have had 15 minutes to “negotiate” with Flight 11 before it even reached Manhattan’s air space. At 8:45 AM, a full 25 minutes after radio contact was lost, Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower, killing nearly two thousand innocent civilians.

Richard Cheney and National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice were taken by the Secret Service to the White House’s underground bunker at approximately 9:15AM on 9/11, 2001. No one else was evacuated from either the White House, the Capitol Building or the Pentagon until 35 minutes later, and only after the Pentagon had already been struck by “Flight 77".

Upon leaving his hotel on the morning of 9/11/01, Mr. Bush is seen being whispered to (the assumption being that he was being informed of the events happening in NY) by White House chief of staff Andy Card: moments later he is asked by a reporter if he has heard about what’s happening in New York (an aircraft crashing into the North Tower). Mr. Bush responds, “I have. I will have something about that later”. He then continues on by motorcade with the Secret Service, who are either in constant contact with, or can easily reach Bush’s Cabinet, the national Military Command Center at the Pentagon, and the FAA, to the Emma E. Booker Elementary School in Sarasota for a photo op. While innocent American civilians are burning to death in and jumping from the North Tower, yet another aircraft is crashing into the South Tower, and two others are assumed highjacked, Mr. Bush is listening to students read a story about a pet goat for almost an hour!

One reason anyone was killed (let alone over 500 people) in the South Tower, was the fact that security officials announced, through loudspeakers and intercoms, that it was safe for the occupants to return to their offices, even after the North Tower had been struck.

In the months preceding 9/11 security at The World Trade Center’s Twin Towers had been intensified due to persistent, negative intelligence reports, however two weeks before 9/11 the security details, complete with explosive sniffing dogs, were called off.

The “official story” states that the Towers were ultimately brought down by fires melting key components of their structures, coupled with the impact of a commercial airliner, although The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s [FEMA] own official report on the collapse of WTC 1, WTC 2 [The Twin Towers] and WTC 7 states exactly 24 times the need for further investigation is necessary to determine what actually occurred to cause these steel framed buildings to collapse.

The World Trade Center’s Twin Towers were designed to withstand the impact of a Boeing 707. On 9/11 a Boeing 767 crashed into the South Tower. These two airliners are not very dissimilar: The 767 is slightly heavier and carries slightly more fuel, however it also has a slower top speed and uses only two engines in comparison to the older 707's four engines. Airline engines, because of their high concentration of parts are extremely dense and cause much more damage than any other part of the airliner. As witness one of the 767's engines passed clear through the South Tower, landing blocks away.

To melt steel, a sustained temperature in the range of 2,770° F is needed. A hydrocarbon fire, such as one based on refined kerosene (which is what jet fuel is), burns at a much lower temperature, in the range of 1600 to 1700 degrees. The intense black smoke issuing from the Towers is indicative of a fire burning at an even lower temperature.

Nearly 75% of United Airline Flight 175's 23,000 gallons of fuel was burned up immediately in the fireball outside the South Towers east facing wall.

The Twin Towers central structural cores consisted of 47 upright box-beam columns using 100 mm thick high strength steel, the base of each covered literally yards of area. These supports tapered slightly and changed shape as the structure climbed. This central core was anchored into the bedrock 7 stories below street level. If only the impact of a 767 and the ensuing fires caused the towers to collapse there would be at the absolute least 10 to 20 stories of this central core still standing after the collapse: instead inspectors and clean-up crews merely found pools of molten steel.

The World Trade Center’s Twin Towers did not just collapse, they were completely and utterly pulverized. Almost every single bolted and welded joint in the central core, (over 10 thousand) was severed. Ten ton pieces of the outer structural “skin” flew some 500 feet to lodge in the sides of surrounding buildings. Almost every bit of the reinforced concrete used for the 220 floors was reduced to dust, which was as much as a foot deep in the streets around the complex.

More than fifteen witnesses, including New York City Firefighters and Police Officers, stated that they heard loud explosions just prior to the collapse of Towers 1 and 2. Indeed, the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory in Palisades, N.Y. (21 miles away), recorded seismograph earthquake readings of 2.1 and 2.3 respectively. The recording also showed that the largest seismic “spikes” (which marks the moment the greatest energy went into the ground), was as the collapses began. This was well before the debris struck the ground.

The World Trade Center’s North and South Towers collapsed in 9 seconds and 10 seconds respectively. This is just one or two seconds slower than “Free Fall”: this accelerated speed would have been caused by the fact that there was virtually no resistance from the floors below, or the 47 massive steel columns in the central core of each Tower. As many analysts agree this defies the laws of physics!

In the one hundred years of building steel framed buildings, not one has ever collapsed due to fire. On 9/11/01 WTC building #7, a building merely forty seven stories tall, did. Completely, neatly, and in on itself: with little damage to the surrounding buildings. The “official story” states that a fuel oil fire was responsible. Like jet fuel though, fuel oil does not burn hot enough to melt steel.

The World Trade Center debris was removed as fast as possible with no forensic examination of the debris permitted by the FBI, or any other government agency. Almost all of the 600,000 tons of steel from the Twin Towers, and WTC #7 was sold to New York scrap dealers, and exported to China and Korea as quickly as it could be loaded onto ships. The “clean-up” was presided over by Mark Loizaux, president of Controlled Demolition Inc. CDI calls itself “the innovator and global leader in the controlled demolition and implosion of structures”. CDI also “cleaned up” the Federal building in Oklahoma City.

In the first few days following the attacks of 9/11, while thousands of American citizens were stranded throughout the U.S. and the world, while the skies over America were virtually devoid of commercial and private aircraft, a group of 100 to 150 “individuals” were quietly spirited out of the country on a charter Boeing 747 with Arabic markings. These “individuals” included members of The Royal House of Saud as well as “friendly” immediate and distant members of the Bin Laden family.

In January of 2002 Mr. Bush personally asked Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle to limit the congressional investigation into the attacks on 9/11. Six weeks before, Mr. Cheney had made the same request of Congress.

In any criminal investigation, like would normally surround the events of 9/11, the first and most important question is who had motive, or in other words, who would benefit? The highjackers? Osama Bin Laden? Iraq? The Bush Administration? The Bush family?
The oil companies? The U.S. military industrial complex? Worldwide intelligence agencies?

In October 2001, U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft stated, “We are going to protect and honor the Constitution, and I don’t have the authority to set it aside. If I had the authority to set it aside, this would be a dangerous government, and I wouldn’t respect it”. Certainly, The U.S. Attorney General does not have the authority to set aside the constitution, but the then-acting President of The United States, along with a series of Executive Orders, most certainly does.

In the event of a national crisis, (real, imagined, staged, or conspired), such as nuclear attack, earthquake or flood, major terrorist attack, and since 1987, any violent and widespread internal dissent or national opposition to U.S. military invasion abroad, the President is authorised to allow The Federal Emergency Management Agency, [FEMA] to take over all government functions. FEMA can then, if it deems necessary, declare Marshall law, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens, seize property, food supplies, transportation systems, suspend laws, as well as suspend the Constitution.
FEMA was originally created through a series of Presidential Executive Orders during the Nixon Administration, to assure the survivability of the U.S. government in the event of a nuclear attack. Since its inception 30 years ago FEMA has grown more powerful, with each passing President adding to its overall jurisdictions.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency was originally called Federal Emergency Military Action.
