Scientific Paper Finds Explosives

An explosive called “nano-thermite” was used to bring down the Twin Towers and Building 7 of the World Trade Center, says a new peer-reviewed research paper reporting unreacted explosive chips in dust samples from the WTC site. The first-named author, Dr. Niels Harrit of the University of Copenhagen’s chemistry department, explained on Danish TV2 News: “Thermite itself dates back to 1893. It is a mixture of aluminum and rust-powder (iron oxide), which react to create intense heat. The reaction produces iron, heated to 2,500 degrees Centigrade. This can be used to do welding. It can also be used to melt other iron. “So in nano-thermite, this powder from 1893 is reduced to tiny particles, perfectly mixed. When these react, the intense heat develops much more quickly. Nano-thermite can be mixed with additives to give off intense heat, or serve as a very effective explosive. It contains more energy than dynamite, and can be used as rocket fuel.” Asked how the thermite was placed in the buildings, Harrit answered: “As a journalist, you should address that question to the company responsible for security at the WTC. . . . You cannot fudge this kind of science. We have found it: unreacted thermite.” Asked why he thought nano-thermite was responsible for the collapse, Harrit replied: “Well it’s an explosive. Why else would it be there?” In response to those who will dismiss this as one more conspiracy theory, Harrit said, “I think there is only one conspiracy worth mentioning, the one involving 19 hijackers. Viewers should ask themselves what evidence they have seen to support the official conspiracy theory. No one has been formally charged. No one is ‘wanted’. Our work should lead to demands for a proper criminal investigation. . . . It never happened. We are still waiting for it.” Political Leaders for 9/11 Truth (PL911Truth.com), which was only recently formed, already has over 40 petition signatures from current and former elected leaders urging President Obama “to authorize a new, truly independent, investigation to determine what happened on 9/11.” Whatever brought down those buildings has led to the obsessive “war on terror”, to two deadly wars of aggression, and to the undermining of civil rights worldwide.
